Type of Heating

Ducted Gas Systems

We install a range of different brands (Brivis, Stadt, Vulcan, Omega, Braemer, Lennox). The heaters can be install in the ceiling or under the floor, if there is an adequate clearance. A ducted heater can have a timer controller to allow you to set the system to turn on and off at different times and temperatures throughout the week.

Pricing: For an estimated price for an installation of energy efficient ducted heating is approx. $4,200 (including GST and installation of all piping).

Hydronic Heating

Breeze heating and cooling engineers uses Bosch systems for hydronic heating. There is a massive range of different style of indoor radiant panels – they can be matched to both the heating load required and the specific size desired for the optimal look inside each individual room. There are literally hundreds of different combinations of Height, Length and Depth. Generally, the heights available are 300, 500, 600 or 900mm and Lengths from 300 to 3000mm.The whole system is designed to the specific heat load and the desired style or finish to your home – and extra panels can be easily added to an existing system if extra rooms are added to your home.

Pricing: For an estimated price for an installation of energy efficient ducted heating will cost approx. $4,200 (including GST and installation of all piping). For an estimated price for an installation of Hydronic Heating each wall mounted panel will cost approx. $1,200 (including GST and installation of boiler and all piping). E.g.: a 190m2 or 20 square house may have approx. 8 to 10 panels at a total installation cost of approximately $9,600 to $12,000 including GST.

Ducted Split Systems (Refrigerated)

Breezeweb proudly supply and install Heating Split Systems including Daikin, Panasonic, Fujitsu, Carrier, Lennox, Temper zone. These units are designed to cool and heat multiple areas. There are different sizes for different size areas. To reduce installation and running costs, the system is often zoned so that only part of the house is running at one time. A common set up has a day zone (living areas) and night zone (bedrooms).

System zoning

Zoning is needed when we have a situation where family lifestyles dictate different temperatures in different areas of the home and heating and cooling temperature patterns vary at different times of the day. To optimise the energy to a peak level you have to consider the whether your home has any of the following:

more than one level,
open areas such as vaulted ceilings,
an atrium or a solarium,
room off the back or over the garage,
a room or rooms with expansive glass areas,
portion built over a concrete slab floor.

Zoning is quite simple such multiple thermostats are wired to a control panel, which operates dampers within the ductwork of your forced-air system. And the thermostats constantly read the temperature of their specific zone, then open or close the dampers within the ductwork according to the thermostat's settings. Installation of zoning system is very helpful for houses with inconsistent room temperatures, but it's also great for heating or cooling individual bedrooms based on the desired temperature setting. If you have a usually empty guest room, just shut the door and close the damper.

Thermostats or Temperature Controllers

Generally, there is a room thermostat installed into the main living area of the home – this turns the system on and off and regulates the temperature in the main living zone.
